Strawberry Mint Margarita

Last summer we spent some glorious time in Maine, where there are charming coastal towns, ice cream shops everywhere, rocky coves, sandy beaches, and lobster rolls. We made this recipe after picking strawberries at a local farm, and mint from our host’s garden.

Ingredients:
2 ounces tequila
2 strawberries
4 mint leaves
3 ounces This Girl’s Margarita Mix
1/2 ounce triple sec

Directions: In a martini shaker, muddle strawberries, mint, and tequila. Add the same amount of ice that will fit into your glass. Add the triple sec, and This Girl’s Margarita Mix. Shake to mix, then pour the mixture along with the ice into your glass.
