Good Luck Charm

Ingredients:
2 ounces lemon vodka
2 ounces pineapple juice
½ ounce This Girl’s Margarita Mix
½ ounce mint simple syrup*
2 ounces club soda (optional)
Mint sprig and lemon wedge garnish

Directions:
Fill a martini shaker with ice, then add the lemon vodka, pineapple juice, This Girl’s Margarita Mix, and mint simple syrup. Shake several times to mix and chill, then strain into a glass filled with ice or into a martini glass. If you’ve added club soda to your drink, pour your drink into an empty shaker and then back into your glass. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and lemon wedge.
