Rosemary Margarita

Ingredients:

1.5 ounces tequila

¾ ounce rosemary simple syrup

2 ounces This Girl’s Margarita Mix

Rosemary Sprig and Lemon Wheel Garnish

Directions:

To make the rosemary simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water along with two sprigs of rosemary. For example, combine one cup of water with one cup of sugar. Bring to a rolling boil then reduce and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before use. Refrigerate up to two weeks.

For the cocktail, fill a martini shaker with ice. Add the tequila, rosemary simple syrup, and This Girl Walks Into a Bar’s Margarita Mix. Shake well, then strain into a glass filled with ice. Garish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.
